At Gifting Studio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Personalized or customized gifts are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos at info@giftingstudio.pk.

How to Initiate a Return

• Email us at info@giftingstudio.pk with your order number and reason for return.
